With H2H Movers you can move to any city in the StatesEvery pet owner knows that your companion is not just “a pet”. It feels like a part of the family, and many of us treat our furry friends like sons or daughters. We are emotionally attached to them and we want to provide them with a great environment.

This is why for a lot of us it is important to live in a city that has good and reliable services for your pet, as well as areas where you can take it for a walk. If you are looking to move to a new place, this is perhaps one of the priority things you are considering. So we from H2H Movers have decided to compile list for you of the most pet-friendly cities in the country. Let’s go!

Seattle, WA

Even though a bit on the cold side for many folks, Seattle is actually a great place for all kinds of pets. Many owners have said that exactly because it offers a colder climate, you can actually live rather comfortably with a bigger dog there, as many of them enjoy colder weather.

On top of that Seattle is ranked 5th in the US for most pet-related businesses per capita. This should be reason enough to have it among your possible places to move to. However, if you really can’t get past the weather, you have to look for a different place.

Austin, TX

In terms of climate, Austin is opposite to what Seattle offers. With a much hotter weather, it is an excellent choice for those of you who are not particularly fond of snow. However, warmth is not the only interesting thing about it. Austin is a great place for dogs, with a lot of parks, which are off-leash, so you can easily let your dog roam free. Not to mention how many restaurants there are pet-friendly, too.

Denver, CO

Denver is the city for those of you, who not only want a balanced climate, but also a way to enjoy many fun activities throughout the year. It can be considered a city for the active people, who also want to enjoy their free time with pets. There are plenty of places you can go and have fun with your dog, and these are not limited to parks alone. If you consider yourself a sporty person, Denver is the city to be in!

Miami, FL

If you want a place that is not only warm, but has access to a beach, you can’t go wrong with Miami. Although not particularly famous for being the best pet city in the world, it is still quite pet-friendly. Many beaches allow dogs, and with plenty of care centers for pets, you can feel right at home, not worrying about your pet.

While this list is not exhaustive, we feel like it provides a good balance of places you might like. Of course, more research would be necessary on your part, but if you are looking for a place to go, you can start with learning more about the ones mentioned here!
